So this is the cake I made today. Not much to look at. But tasted great! Easy to make too. I like the pie I made the other day better.Ben thought this was better then the pie. He is not that found of pie. I did not know this. But I guess I would have not know this as I like never make pie. Well should clarify Ben is not a fan of fruit pie. But likes other kinds. So that's it for another day. Well we will see what creation I come up with for this week.
Looks like it would go nicely with a cup of tea or coffee! I would love the recipe. A friend of mine just gave me a bagful of rhubarb...I think I will freeze some, make some into a rhubarb crisp, some into a rhubarb juice.. Do you have any other ideas? D McConkey
ReplyDeleteIf you check out my blogs list you will see that I have one on there specificially all about rhubarb. She has a lot of great recipes. I have also made rhubarb pancakes. Not sure where my recipe is. But I know I just googled rhubarb pancakes and found oddles of recipes. Hope that helps. Also I will email you a recipe I don't give to just any one. When I have time. Grocery shopping night tonight. :o)
